Eligibility for Return & Refund

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Not fresh
  • Incorrect item

You are eligible for a 100% refund or replacement.

Return Process (Lahore Orders)

For orders within Lahore:

  • If you are not satisfied, you can return the product immediately to the delivery rider
  • Refund or replacement will be processed after verification

Return Process (Outside Lahore)

For nationwide orders:

  • You must report the issue on the same day of delivery
  • Share product images/videos on our WhatsApp for verification
  • After confirmation, we will arrange a refund or replacement accordingly

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 working days
  • Refund method will be the same as the payment method (bank transfer / online payment)

Important Conditions

  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • Complaints after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted
